Q: I saw the RFP for the Franklin Street project in Richwood and I am looking into submitting on this. I do have a question or would like clarification on schedule. Under Selection Subfactors, it states that “The plans are to be completed and on file with the Village of Richwood within Four (4) months from the date of authorization.” However, in Section IV, it states that “The final Plans, Specifications and Estimate are due to the Village of Richwood no later than April 1, 2019.”

Q: Our firm is considering submitting a Letter of Interest on the UNI-Franklin Street project in your Village. While reviewing the Posting, we noticed that the prequalifications desired include both non-complex and complex roadway design. I just wanted to confirm that both ODOT prequalifications were needed to participate in the design.
I understand that questions will be answered no later than November 11, but if there is any way this topic could be addressed prior to that date, we would truly appreciate it, as we would like to align subconsultants on the project before November 11.
A: The line stating, "The plans are to be completed and on file with the Village of Richwood withing Four (4) months from the date of authorization." is to be removed.
The line stating, "It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by January 11, 2016." shall be changed to a date of January 11, 2017.
